Shipping Information — OnyxPack
1. What are the shipping costs?
OnyxPack covers all shipping costs.
You do not pay any shipping fees on your order.*
* Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note: In some cases, it may take a short time before the Track & Trace information becomes active.
3. What are the delivery times?
OnyxPack aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
The average delivery time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.
4. What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may deliver your package to a nearby pickup point or attempt re-delivery.
You will receive a notification with details on where and how to collect your package.
Please note: If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to our warehouse.
5. Did you provide the wrong address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.
6. Lost or stolen packages
OnyxPack is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
If your Track & Trace shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
